Jack Albertson
"Financial Freedom for all people by the year 2030."
Jack
Albertson is the Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of Heritage
Financial Corp. of Atlanta, Georgia. He was honored as the Keynote Speaker of
Asher College Commencement. For many years he led seminars for Landmark
Education. He was the Team Leader of the Registration Team
of the 2002 – 2003 Wisdom Atlanta City Team.
Jack loves his extraordinary relationship to his children, Jennifer, who is 21;
Jill, 17 and John Albertson, Jr., 12. Out of his participation in The Power and
Contribution Course he has declared a promise of “financial freedom for all
people by 2030”.
I love transformation, I have been in this conversation since 1984 - and since
1991, when Landmark Education was founded - I have done and reviewed the Landmark Forum twelve times.
In the Landmark Forum I distinguished that my life is not the internal
conversation that is going on in my head. In the Advanced Course I have learned
to create my life as a possibility that gives me and my life freedom from the
past.
In the Wisdom Course I have discovered a new distinction that who I am being is
a function of the conversation I generate day to day with people in my
community, the people in my first originating circle. It has given me the
freedom to create my life all the time.
At one time, many of my coworkers in my company were of the opinion that the
owner of the company got all the money and the workers did the hard work.
Instead of indulging in this familiar conversation, I went to the company’s
owner. I made a proposal to him; I would support him to get all the money he
wanted, but he would have to have a lot more, since I would want a percentage of
what he got. He accepted.
As a result of the agreement, in three years the sales premium of our company
rose from $8 million to $100 million. This is only one example of what I have
accomplished, having done the Wisdom Course.
I used to make myself wrong because I am an intense man who works hard. The
Wisdom Course is based on the premise that certain things can only be learned or
discovered through play. As the result, now I live and work intensely and free
from the notion “that it is not supposed to be so”. I work intensely and
have fun with utmost satisfaction in doing so.
The
Wisdom Unlimited Course is available to people who are seasoned in the work of Landmark
Education and have a fully developed grasp of what it is to create new possibilities
for themselves and others. It is designed for those who value growth and
development as a way of living rather than as a particular experience or
one-time phenomenon.
