Our World:
Owning the Language Community

More than thirty presenters expanded our foundations for understanding and working with discourses as the source of action in our impossible promises. These presentations gave us all a new recognition of the communities of language, and the ways those language communities gave rise to the relationships among all the people of the world.

Nine keynote and guest presenters opened the Conference and began and ended each Conference day.

If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for a passionate sense of what might be, for the eye, which ever young and ardent sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating as possibility! Søren Kierkegaard.
