Seven years of silent chills got steamy hot in just one weekend.

Krutika Protzman

Getting involved with Landmark Education has made a significant difference in my life.  It all started with the Landmark Forum in June 2003.  We went from 9 a.m. in the morning until Midnight for three days.  I felt alive and was amazed how long my day could be.

I called my father that weekend after not speaking to him since my mother passed away in May 2000.  My father and I have a history of not speaking.   During the time while I still lived at home, my father and I did not even acknowledge each other's existence for seven years.  I actually counted.  And during the Landmark Forum I called him, thanked him for my wonderful life, thanked him for being my father and for the first time in my entire life I told him I loved him.   I got a relationship with my father that weekend.  And other relationships started to open.  I started to change.

This past May I took Landmark Education's first communication course Access to Power.  For the first time I was able let my husband Paul know that I wanted him to take the Landmark Forum.  That I believed it could make a difference in our relationship.  Paul tells me how he saw me change over the years since doing the Landmark Forum and he decided he wanted what I got.  He took the Landmark Forum this year in Albany, loved it, and then took the Advanced Course in New York City.

Before the Landmark Forum I was extremely nervous about driving any long distance, and since that weekend I have been driving all over the place with much ease. After recently taking Landmark Education's advanced communication course, Power to Create, I've committed to the yearlong Team Management Leadership Program that will take me to Newport Beach, California this November and another four weekends around the US.  In addition, I'll be traveling to New York City almost weekly.  This would not have been possible for me before.

Anything you want is possible out of doing the Landmark Forum.  And I've only begun to realize what I want.   I know now that living my life for others, making a difference is what I want.

If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for a passionate sense of what might be, for the eye, which ever young and ardent sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating as possibility! Søren Kierkegaard.
