What I got out of being the Production Supervisor this time
was huge! What I wanted to get was to be better with being a leader in a
group. I've never so much organised a dinner party before! I have this
consideration that I am not good with logistics, calling people to account
and creating teams.
Well! Now I really did get that I can lead groups and to do this well. I have conquered the
voice in my head saying "who are YOU to tell people what to do?"
This had stopped me in many areas of life before. So it was a victory over
the past. I was unrecognisable to myself. I thank you all, the great Team
Singapore!
Ming Pang,
Introduction Leader.
I love to assist at the weekend of the Landmark Forum.
This time among other things, I took on to wake people who needed to be up
early at 5 AM. It is one of the many expressions of the the stand that I am, that the Landmark
Assisting Program in Singapore is one of the best in the world. We
created a structure to develop ourselves as World Class Leaders.
In taking this huge commitment, something unprecedented happened. Even as
I went through the same circumstances in my life as before, I have been
present to being at peace, like never before! I love it!
Kingsley Gonsalves,
Introduction Leader and Assisting Program Team Leader.
