The Introduction Leaders Program
What I love about the Landmark Assisting Program is that I get more out of it than what I put in. That is one of the promises I have to make to be accepted in this program.
Even though people who assist put in a great deal of time, effort, and commitment into assisting, we are rewarded by the highly professional training which produces results and by the difference the program makes in the quality of our lives.
One breakthrough I accomplished in the Introduction Leaders Program was that I am able to love my life regardless of the circumstances. It is easy to love my life when everything is going well, but being able to love my life even when things aren't going the way I expected is truly amazing.
From
this program I started to see myself as a leader and discovered that what I do and say makes a difference in people's lives. Who I am is the possibility of Love, Peace, and Empowerment for everyone!
Tito Labarta, Landmark Introduction Leader and Team Leader for El
Foro Landmark, New York, NY.
The Team Management and Leadership Program.
The Team Management and Leadership Program is a
rigorous, year-long advanced training program, designed to bring an
exceptional power to your management and leadership of projects and
teams.
The Team Management and Leadership Program is a place
in which you can turn your skills and abilities in leadership,
communication, and empowerment to serving others.
By developing and
training others, coordinating and orchestrating projects, and rising to
the challenge the circumstance presents, participants in the Program
learn to generate and maintain high level performance from themselves,
and to call forth powerful, effective action from those with whom they
work.
Assisting in The Production Team at the Landmark Forum was truly a great privilege. I was moved by how awesome it was to
supervise the team that takes care the logistic so that the participants
have a great course. I loved to hear them sharing about their transformation!
I learned a new level of performance with Intentionality, Invisibility, Impeccability, Alacrity and the most important, Integrity. All of this
serious learning, and yet I had so much fun!
Ed Bañaga, Production Supervisor,
The Third Landmark Forum in
Manila.

The People Who Assist and the Landmark Graduates
in Bangkok, Thailand.

Being part of the Leadership Team for the
Landmark Forum in Singapore has given me invaluable,
practical training in being a leader. I used to avoid the leadership position because I did not think of myself as "that kind of people".
In one of our training sessions, I found out that it was my easy way out to
confront the issues of accountability, integrity, and management. Now I am a Landmark Introduction Leader as well as a Seminar Leader and I love the privilege to make a difference to others and myself.
Our community is inspired to have the best Landmark
Assisting Programme to generate our own Landmark Centre. Poorani
Thanusha,
Singapore.
