Landmark Leadership Program

In the Landmark Leadership Program, participants are
enabled to step outside their familiar frameworks of
management and leadership, identify entrenched behaviors,
actions, habits, and unexamined assumptions and replace
them with new perspectives giving them the ability to see, act
and relate in new ways consistent with the organization’s
commitment to transformation and change.

Landmark Leadership Course in Jakarta, Indonesia; Ennie Crown, Lisna, Dewi, Landmark Forum Leader Angelo D’Amelio, Poh See, Lian, and Ramesh Ramachandra of Landmark Business Program Asia.

Participants will learn to create a climate of innovation and
informed risk-taking and to provide a sense of confidence and
a new way of approaching management and leadership
challenges, such that they become self-generative and take
initiative to make things happen. Participants report that they
move from being “simply dedicated, hard-working people” to
being accountable for the success of programs and initiatives
in their divisions or organizations.

The program is presented in a standard training format and
includes lecture, inquiry and discussion, practice and
exercises, work in small groups and assignments between
sessions.

Business Curriculum

Our work in South East Asia, China, Japan, and
Middle East with organizations and governments is
based on the premise that conversations take place
at three levels in an organization.

  • The first level is the executive level. At this
level, conversation around strategy takes place.

  • The second level is the individual level. This
program is tailored to the business environment and
addresses 'who you are being at work' as opposed
to 'who you are being in your life', and prepares
people to be more effective in working toward the
    company's strategic goals.

  • Finally, there is a conversation at what we
describe as the operational level. Our work at this
level is around supporting teams of employees in
creating and executing projects through which the
firm can achieve its strategic goals.

If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for a passionate sense of what might be, for the eye, which ever young and ardent sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating as possibility! Søren Kierkegaard.
