What is Transformation? Possibility? Enrollment?
Transformation
We take for granted that things “are” a particular
way. To effect change, we go to work on altering circumstances, the people
around us, even ourselves. On Day Three of the Landmark
Forum, we explore the
difference between change and transformation. Change is essentially a comparison
to something that has previously existed. Change, by its very nature, is
oriented in the past. Change yields more, better, or different from what came
before.
Transformation on the other hand, is an act of bringing
forth or inventing. It is something created, and is inherently expansive and
infinite. In the Landmark Forum - having examined and distinguished the
pervasive influence of the past - the shift, or “Transformation”, occurs for
participants. This dramatic shift enables the Landmark Forum graduates to think
and act outside existing views and limits, and to redefine themselves and the
reality they and we have known.

Possibility
Whenever some one says: “It is
possible………” We would understand them to mean that whatever it is
that’s possible - does not now exist. That its existence, even someday, is not
certain. Maybe it will happen, maybe it won’t……
On Day Two of the Landmark Forum we are introduced to a
different usage of the word “Possibility”. In the methodology of Landmark
Education, “Possibility” is not about something remote or something that may
happen out in the future. This unique view of “Possibility” introduced by
Landmark, has an immediate and powerful impact on who we are, how we
live our lives, and how we see things – now, in the present.
This new view of “Possibility” is
used everyday by hundreds of thousands of the graduates of the Landmark Forum, in
many cities, in several major languages, and on six continents in the world. It
has the power to move, touch, and inspire us, to shape our actions, and to shift
the way we are being right now.

Enrollment
“Enrollment” for most people refers to an act such
as to starting to a school, or a class, or even to other business transactions such as buying
an insurance program. First in the Landmark Forum, - and expanded in other
graduate courses and programs from Landmark - we are introduced to a
distinct use of the word “Enrollment”.
“Enrollment” as used by Landmark Forum graduates, is causing new
possibilities to be present for another such that they are touched, moved, and
inspired by that possibility. Landmark Forum graduates can have any result they
want for themselves and their life that they invent as a possibility and enroll
others in them having gotten it.

Before the Landmark Forum, JJ
struggled to understand life and its many dilemmas as a young person. JJ was
not sure of many things; of what was true and which one was not. It drove
him crazy, he was resigned and felt trapped.
By the end of the three-days of the Landmark Forum, his resignations had
dropped off and were replaced with a sense of new confidence. JJ went
through a transformation of what he sees
himself in the face of the reality of his life in the world.

Before the Landmark Forum, Mattie
Carruth, then only 12, thought the only way possible to get a horse she
had wanted was to buy it. In the Landmark Forum she discovered how to
create a new possibility and through
that invention, produced the result in the most satisfying way.

After she attended the Landmark Forum in Australia, Ramesh Ramachandra could not believe that it was not available in her own country, Singapore. She
enrolled her family members, friends and colleagues
and left every one touched, moved and inspired
to cause the demand for the Landmark Forum in Singapore.
She turned this possibility into a new reality
within one year after her declaring so.
