Charting a Course for My Self, My Company, My Country
Hi Everybody,
Just couldn't wait to be in communication with you. I am just getting in
from the Evening Session of the first Landmark Forum in the Caribbean. It was unimaginably exquisite; the
result off the charts.
265 participants had over 700 guests (we counted 718), 400+ of whom registered in the next
Landmark Forum in Jamaica and a few who weren't about to wait - registered for Miami;
approx. 200 registered (or committed to registering since a date has not been set)
for the first Landmark Advanced Course here; approx. 6 people for the next
Introduction Leader's Program; and of course inquiries about what it would take to be in the Wisdom Course.
1000 people causing the transformation of a country, of a region, and life itself.
What I was present to is the magic and power of our work and its elegance.
This Landmark Forum was clearly a run away train. People had a lot at stake and came to work and
in the process they gave Jamaica and the Caribbean a new possibility. And they are
extraordinary: they know this is just the beginning and are already at work to cause the
future of their design. What 4 or 5 persons caused in making the LE real was something
that no organization, including the political parties, could have pulled off in Jamaica
tonight.
As a matter of fact, this week the country celebrates the birthday of Bob Marley
and there was a major event at the same hotel tonight. Guess what, they didn't have a
1000-person room, the Landmark Forum had. That says volumes.
Larry Pearson, the Landmark Forum Leader was extraordinary. At the end of the evening,
he shared that what he was left with - was that he answered a knocking - like a future
calling him as he's never heard before. His commitment is to be the Landmark Forum Leader that
leads this breakthrough course in all the courses he will ever lead: for him anything less
than that will be inauthentic. The participants have caused his transformation.
I was so restored to my spirit and passion: that passion for making a difference in the
world that has me be a Wisdom Course leader. Thanks for the privilege it is to participate
in this work with you all.
Harry, thank you for trusting the community and having a dream of mine and many others be
realized.

Valerie Andrew has been a powerful
stand for transformation in The Caribbean. She dropped everything and
rushed to be part of the first ever Landmark Forum in Jamaica.

Reproduced here is the email she
sent to the leaders of the community when she has just arrived back in
Houston, TX; after the Evening session of the first Landmark Forum in
Jamaica, Tuesday, February 5, 2002.
I am humbled by Valerie's generosity to share this
message with all of us, for the awesome leadership she has been providing
to so many of us over the years and for her stand for transformation.
