首先介绍一下我的背景,
来澳洲14年, 结婚,有一儿一女,努力工作,拥有自己的生意,对自己的经济状况算是满意。尽管别人对我挺羡慕,
但是一直以来我自己总觉得挺累,并没有快乐的感觉。
去年参加Landmark
论坛的介绍会时,
我看到那些毕业生对生活充满了兴奋和活力,并在参加论坛后鼓起勇气完成了长久以来想做而未做的事情,我深受感染。
想着,我也要像他们一样,
开始一个充满朝气和活力的生活,
带着这个愿望,
我开始了三天半的讲座。
在这以前, 我自认是读书广泛,喜爱思考,注意剖析自己,提高自己,对自己了解甚深的, 可是, 第一天的讲座尚未结束, 我就发现我对自己的了解并不深入, 也不知所以然,深深意识到有这么多我不知道的。 当我兴致勃勃的聆听着这么多新概念, 并用它们来审视自己, 真像发现新大陆一样兴奋,这个论坛帮助我深刻地了解自己在各个方面,优点缺点的形成的根源, 成长过程某些事件对我们造成的深刻影响,人生观价值观形成的来源,以及我们自己给自己所设的局限。
发现根源无疑是让人兴奋的, 但是最让人振奋的是,Landmark 论坛教我们如何去过一种全新的、自己响往的生活, 使我们可以在增强自信心, 提高工作效率, 改善人际关系, 提高生活素质等方面有飞跃性的突破。
上完3天的论坛,
我感觉到无限的平静,
所有的烦恼都显得无足轻重,
更重要的是,我看到自己有无限的能量,相信我可以主宰自己的人生。我获得的收益是多方面的,我在
工作方面有很多压力,
以前总是多忧多虑,
思前想后,
顾虑重重,担心最坏的结局出现怎么办,
我现在发现以前诸多烦心多数是想像出来的,
现在,就算遇到难题,
也能平静地对待,懂得以行动解决问题
而不是让忧虑占据我的时间和精力,
这样使工作效率提高了,
情绪也发松了,
在与客户沟通时,我也更有信心和更积极。
在家庭方面, 与家人的关系都有很多转变, 我以前总觉得自己是对的, 别人应该顺从我的意见, 不然会很不高兴, 有时还要发脾气。 在对待孩子发面, 我现在能够比较耐心, 有效地与他们沟通,了解他们, 培养他们的责任心, 鼓励他们设定目标, 以他们能接受的方式督促他们完成计划,现在他们所做的事情是以前无法想像的和原来认为 根本不可能的。参加LANDMARK 论坛后, 我体会和看到怎样把不可能的事情变成可能的。最重要的是, 我们能够坦诚地说出心里话,表达相互的关爱,使我们之间能享有前所未有的亲密感。

Jenny Zhang has relocated back to her native
Beijing in the
People's Republic of China in 2006 to build the future of
transformation, which has been her lifelong dream.
Jenny is formerly one of the members of the Landmark Chinese
Community in Melbourne who first responded to Jerome Downes' message on our website in November 2004 and has been inspired to participate with us.
She leads the
Introduction to the Landmark Forum and participates with the Landmark Seminar Leader Program at the
Landmark Melbourne Center in the past.
In June 2005 Jenny went to
Singapore as the translator when Jerome Downes led the ground breaking first ever Landmark Forum translated in Mandarin.
Jenny-Jing Zhang was born in Beijing, China, completed her first degree study at Fudan University (BA), Shanghai, and postgraduate study at RMIT (MBA), Melbourne, Australia. Jenny
previously lived in Melbourne where she worked in her area of expertise in managing public sector institutional capacity building and reform programs that
was funded by the Asian Development Bank and the Australian Government through AusAID.

We acknowledge Jenny-Jing Zhang for her stand for
the transformation of all people and of China and for her partnership that allowed us to publish some of these great articles in Chinese.
