Landmark Forum in Bangkok, living the best of
my life today!
JJ - Thienthun Neesanant
I consider myself someone who is fortunate. I belong to our new generation
of young people who are living into the 21st century with all the promises
of its great future. I was the Class President and the Homecoming King at my
high school in Bangkok. After graduating, I went to study at the Texas
University in the USA and got my degrees in Accounting and Finance. After
that, I accomplished to get hired in a sought after position in the renown
finance industry in New York, NY. All of this before I came back home to
Thailand and did the
Landmark Forum.
But what people did not see, were those private moments of my life when I
really struggled to understand life and its many dilemmas as a young person.
When I was not sure of many things of what was true and which one was not.
In the past, there were so many things about life that I could not figure
out to my satisfaction. It drove me crazy, I was resigned and I felt
trapped.
When my parents shared about the
Landmark Forum, something new opened up for
me. I went to the Introduction in Bangkok ready to register and then I did
it. I felt like a heavy burden was taken off my shoulder.

At my Landmark Forum, I was impressed by the leader,
Jerome Downes. I could
see what enormous work that was to generate continuously for so many people
as he led my
Landmark Forum. I learned a lot how to be unstoppable just by
watching how Jerome never got stopped and was incredibly effective in
coaching us in those 3 days and one evening of the Landmark Forum. I got a
lot more than I expected.
All those difficult questions that I used to struggle with just dropped off
from my life. During one of the exercises I called someone who I had problem
in the past to the point of hatred. I communicated what there was to say and
made myself available to the conversation. Whatever the issue was, I
completed it, there was no more hatred there or anywhere else in my life. I
have since enjoyed this and many other aspects of this amazing new freedom
in my life.
As I explored this new life after the Landmark Forum, I have discovered more
of myself that I never before knew. I used to be very shy, but I found out
that I also could share my tears of being moved with my cousins, that was
quite something, crying in front of a crowd, and they too did the Landmark
Forum because of that.
I appreciate the community of Landmark Forum graduates in Thailand. They are
all very special people who really care for one another. I applied and was
accepted to participate in the 2008 Introduction Leaders Program in Bangkok.
I highly recommend the Landmark Education Assisting Program, as I learn
something different each time and it is truly quite valuable hands-on
practice of how we can cope with real world’s challenges powerfully and
effectively.
Landmark Education inspired me to make a difference to people, in my job as
Executive Recruitment Agent I aspire to give short cut to people to get to
the positions they are qualified without going to all those wasteful years
of searching. After all, Landmark Education’s methodology gives me and many
people that I know our best dreams of life, today!
