Landmark Forum in Singapore:
Free to be oneself
and the natural brilliance it unleashed.

Helen Ye

According to Helen Ye, if people ask her,
“Why should I do the Landmark Forum?”

Helen would answer this way:
“You should do it because the Landmark Forum is the most amazing thing in the world. When you do the Landmark Forum, you find out exactly what you want and how to get it in the world. It is an educational program that makes your dream come true.”

Miss Ye is a gifted student in Singapore who hails from Wuhan, Mainland China. Among her accomplishments are multiple years full scholarships from Singaporean Ministry of Education to the prestigious Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Champion of Mathematics Olympic Game, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; Nanyang President Research Scholar Award that she received as one of top 5% out of 1000 students in Academic Performance; and Nomination as the one of the valedictorians for the 2010 Convocation. Of course, this is only a partial list!

Although she has always been a bright and above average students, in the Landmark Forum Helen Ye came to confront the limitations of what had also made her very successful. Before the Landmark Forum, she must be more brilliant than others. In the past, she got to have better grade, or know more, or she lost her confidence.

By confronting these often unseen limitations head-on, Helen came out on the other side of the dilemma. She had a breakthrough in the Landmark Forum in which she suddenly realized that she only needed to be herself to be confident - instead of working so hard to be more than others! And by having freedom to be herself, obviously her natural brilliance could then be unleashed. Helen recalled the great joy she experienced for having all constraints in her life just disappeared in that moment of breakthrough.

Miss Ye thinks the people who take the Landmark Forum are the best people of all. People who take a stand for her before she even think about doing it for her self. She thrives in the community of the Landmark graduates, and at this writing is the youngest person who leads the Introduction to the Landmark Forum for Landmark Education in Singapore.

There are many other breakthrough results that Miss Ye accomplished as a direct result of her participation with Landmark Education, but one that she cherished was her ability to speak English as well as any native speakers.

She was amazed of how rapidly and effortless she gained fluency once she took responsibility that English was indeed her second language. She now speaks at the level she thought - before the Landmark Forum - would require her 4 or 5 years to practice. Another example that one excels naturally, if one can be free!

If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for a passionate sense of what might be, for the eye, which ever young and ardent sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating as possibility! Søren Kierkegaard.
